Whats your personal training philosophy?
I believe that personal training , as the name suggests should be personal. It's about your goals, life and mental state. Brute forcing solutions will not work, we need to take things slow and slowly builds habits and system for you to reach your goals.

Why science based approach?
I'm a software engineer, I love working in systems and patterns. And science based approach really makes this easy, you have inputs and you have outputs. All you have to do is manipluate the function in between to achieve the desired outcomes. There is no guess work or gym "bro" stuff

Do you train women and is your apprach different?
Yes, most of my clients are actually women. My approach is not very dissimilar to training men. But one important thing that is becoming more and more supported by science, is cycle training. I have been using this with my clients to great success.
